This Privacy Policy explains how Framed by JG LLC (“REM Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit remacademy.co (the “Site”), join our waitlist, purchase or participate in REM Academy, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1.Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly. Your name, email address, and any details you submit when you join our waitlist, create an account, purchase the Program, post in our member community, or contact us.
• Payment information. When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited transaction information such as your name, email, and confirmation of payment.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, including through cookies and similar technologies.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, operate, and improve the Services; process payments and deliver access to the Program; communicate with you, including sending course updates, support responses, and marketing emails; personalize and improve your experience; maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with our legal obligations.

3.How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run the Services — for example, Stripe (payments), Kit / ConvertKit (email and waitlist), Skool (community platform), Zoom (live calls), and our website host (Vercel) — who process your information on our behalf.
• For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4.Email & Marketing Communications

If you join our waitlist or become a Member, we may send you emails about REM Academy. You can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email. We may still send you non-promotional messages related to your purchase or account.

5.Cookies & Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. We may also use analytics tools that collect usage data to help us improve the Site.

6.Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Because the Program includes lifetime access, we may retain your account and related information for as long as your access remains active.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and platforms that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

10.Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.International Users

We operate in the United States, and your information will be processed and stored in the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the processing of your information in the U.S.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is indicated by the “Last updated” date above and is effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
