Framed by JG LLC, doing business as REM Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through https://aidelegationsystem.lovable.app (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly:
- Contact details you enter into the chat widget on our Site, such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Messages and enquiries you send us.
- Information you provide when you purchase or enrol in a program.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- Send SMS messages, emails, and other communications you have opted in to receive, including appointment reminders, confirmations, and information about our programs.
- Process transactions and deliver purchased services.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- Measure and improve our advertising.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING
When you provide your mobile number through our chat widget and opt in, we may send you SMS messages as described in our Terms of Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Mobile opt-in and consent data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services (for example, our CRM, messaging, email, scheduling, and payment providers), who are bound to use it only on our behalf.
- With advertising platforms, as described in Section 5, to measure our advertising.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
The exclusion in Section 3 applies to all of the above: SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared for any purpose.
5. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING PIXELS
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. This includes:
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which collects information about your visit to help us measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms. Meta may use this data under its own privacy policy. You can adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
- Meta Conversions API, which sends information about actions taken on our Site, such as registrations, from our server to Meta to measure our advertising. When you submit your details, we may send a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email address and phone number to Meta for this purpose only. SMS opt-in data and consent records are never included.
- Wistia, which hosts embedded videos and collects video-viewing and engagement data, with device and IP information depending on its privacy settings.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
6. DATA RETENTION
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- SMS: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction, deletion: contact us at jacob@remacademy.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Residents of certain states (including California) may have additional rights under applicable law; we will honour verified requests as required.
9. CHILDREN
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Site may link to third-party websites. This policy does not cover their practices.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version.

Advertising choices and registration measurement
Allow REM Academy to share page visits, successful class registrations, browser and click identifiers, IP address, browser information, and your registration email, phone and name with Meta for advertising measurement and optimization? You can reject or withdraw in Cookie settings. SMS reminders are a separate choice.
CompleteRegistration measures a successfully saved class seat, not a purchase. We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API with one shared event identifier to avoid counting the same registration twice. Advertising permission is required in consent regions; if your region cannot be determined, advertising stays off until you accept. Outside those regions, ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject or an applicable browser opt-out is present. Customer matching data is shared only after explicit advertising acceptance, in every region. Hashing does not anonymize that data.
We retain the visitor identifier, choice, date, region and the notice and options shown (notice version rem-advertising-2026-10-22), and reference those choices with registration reporting. Cookie settings in every page footer lets you reject, accept or withdraw later; withdrawal stops future reports and preserves prior acceptance evidence. Registration and SMS-reminder choices are independent and remain available when advertising is rejected.
