Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “Member”) and Framed by JG LLC, which operates REM Academy (“REM Academy,” “we,” “us,” “our”). They govern your purchase of, enrollment in, and access to the REM Academy program, including the founding cohort, all course materials, live calls, community access, and related content (collectively, the “Program”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.
1.The Program
REM Academy is a digital education program teaching real estate media (photography, videography, and related skills and business systems). The Program may include pre-recorded lessons, live or recorded group calls, downloadable resources, templates, and access to a private member community. We may add to, update, improve, reorganize, or modify the Program’s content, curriculum, schedule, hosting platforms, and delivery format at any time.
2.Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” means access to the Program for as long as REM Academy continues to operate and make the Program available. It does not guarantee perpetual, uninterrupted, or error-free availability, and it is tied to the life of the Program — not your personal lifetime. If we ever discontinue the Program, we may, at our discretion, provide reasonable notice and/or make core materials available for download. Lifetime access is personal to you and is non-transferable.
3.Eligibility & Member Account
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Enrollment is for one (1) named individual. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, assign, or provide your account or access to any other person, team, agency, or business.
4.Payment
The price for the Program is the amount shown at checkout, payable in full at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Founding cohort pricing is a one-time, limited offer. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.
5.No Refunds — All Sales Final
All payments for the Program are final and non-refundable. Because the Program provides immediate access to digital content and grants lifetime access to proprietary materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, partial refunds, credits, or cancellations for any reason — including, without limitation, change of mind, failure to use or complete the Program, dissatisfaction with the content or results, or failure to achieve any particular income or outcome. By purchasing, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a refund.
6.Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal on a valid purchase is a breach of these Terms. If you do so, we reserve the right to (a) immediately suspend or terminate your access without refund, (b) submit these Terms and your acceptance of them as evidence that the charge was authorized and non-refundable, and (c) recover any resulting fees, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
7.Intellectual Property
All content in or associated with the Program — including videos, recordings, written materials, lessons, methods, frameworks, templates, graphics, and the REM Academy and Framed by JG names and logos — is owned by Framed by JG LLC and/or Jacob Guthrie and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content solely for your own individual educational purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8.Acceptable Use & Restrictions
As a condition of access, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Share Program content or information outside the Program. You may not disclose, share, distribute, publish, post, broadcast, sell, license, or otherwise make available any Program materials, lessons, methods, templates, or information you obtain through the Program to any person who is not a currently enrolled Member.
- Record or capture live calls or content. You may not screen-record, screen-capture, film, photograph, livestream, rebroadcast, download (except materials we expressly provide for download), or otherwise reproduce any live calls, sessions, videos, or other Program content.
- Share access with other people or businesses. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or provide your login, account, or any Program materials to any other individual, group, team, agency, company, or business, and you may not use the Program on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone other than yourself.
- Compete using our materials. You may not use Program content to build, market, or operate a competing course, program, or training offering.
The methods, content, and member discussions within the Program are confidential and proprietary. These restrictions continue to apply even after your access ends.
9.Enforcement — Removal, No Refund, and Legal Action
If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms (including any provision of Section 8), we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Program with no refund of any amount paid. In addition, you acknowledge that such a violation causes us irreparable harm, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, actual and statutory damages, disgorgement of profits, and recovery of our reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Removal from the Program does not release you from the obligations in these Terms that survive termination, including Sections 5–10, 13, 14, and 17.
10.Earnings & Results Disclaimer
REM Academy is an educational program. We do not guarantee any specific income, earnings, revenue, results, or business outcome. Any examples, figures, testimonials, or case studies — including any reference to potential monthly income — are illustrative only, are not typical, and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, market, and circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.
11.No Professional Advice
The Program is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making business decisions.
12.Third-Party Platforms
The Program is delivered using third-party services (which may include Stripe, Skool, Zoom, email, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of any third-party platform.
13.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framed by JG LLC and Jacob Guthrie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the Program.
15.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Framed by JG LLC, Jacob Guthrie, and our affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Program.
16.Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is indicated by the “Last updated” date above and is effective when posted. Your continued access to the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18.General
These Terms, together with any policy referenced at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede any prior understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
