These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://aidelegationsystem.lovable.app (the "Site") and any services, programs, content, or communications provided by Framed by JG LLC, doing business as REM Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Framed by JG LLC is a California limited liability company located at 429 E Figueroa St #7, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. We provide online training programs, live coaching calls, and a private community for real estate photographers and videographers, operated under the brand REM Academy.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or to opt in to receive communications from us.
3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number through the chat widget on our Site and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Framed by JG LLC.
Program description: Messages may include responses to your enquiries, appointment and booking confirmations and reminders, customer care, account notifications, and, where you have opted in, information about our programs, offers, and events.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join, reply START or opt in again through the Site.
